What the page said. The page counted $750M of sales by Viessmann Traeger HoldCo GmbH, reported through director Maximilian Viessmann, as selling by Carrier's officers and directors.
What it says now. Those sales are listed under "Board members representing outside shareholders". Officers and directors reported no open-market sales in the period.
Why. The shares belong to the Viessmann group, which received them when Carrier bought its climate business; they are a corporate shareholder's stake, not management's.
