What we collect
- Anonymous visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites. We see totals such as page views, referring sites, countries and browser types, not individuals.
- Standard server records. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, it processes your IP address and browser details in order to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to reply and to fix what you reported.
What we don't collect
- There are no user accounts and no email signup yet, so we hold no names, passwords or mailing lists.
- We don't run advertising and we don't sell or share personal information with anyone.
- We don't set tracking or advertising cookies.
Information about insiders
The names, roles, holdings and trades shown on this site come from public filings that officers, directors and large shareholders are legally required to make with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. We republish and summarize that public record and link to each source filing.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to filings on sec.gov. That site has its own privacy policy.

If we add an email list, alerts or accounts, we will update this page first and say what is collected and why.
